Q: Is Westech Wax Products ISO certified?
A: Yes. We are proud to announce that we are ISO 9000 certified which assures the quality of our products is constantly improving.

Q: Do you have a laboratory?
A: Yes, we do. We currently staff two lab chemists who conduct quality tests, create custom wax blends, and are continuously developing new wax products.

Q: Do you recycle or reclaim investment casting waxes?
A: Yes! Our recycling program has kept millions of pounds of used investment casting wax out of our local landfills.

Q: Why do you have colored waxes?
A: We are known for our special yellow “banana wax” and are proud to be releasing our new lime-green Westech Wax -- and we’re also happy to help develop a colored wax that is unique to your business. The colors help you identify a wax so that it doesn't get mixed in where it shouldn't. The colors also often signify the specific use for a wax. In addition, it's often a point of pride to have a unique, quality wax.

Q:  Do you sell shell materials for the investment casting industry?
A:  Yes, we sell shell material to our current wax customers who are generally located in the western United States. More information can be found about these products by clicking on this link.

Q: How much will it cost to ship my order of wax and casting supplies?
A: Our warehouses are located across the United States with distribution points in Mexico, China, Europe, and India. This helps us keep shipping costs down so we can pass those savings directly onto our customers. Contact us for more information on shipping options.

Q: Can I customize my wax?

Q: Is there a minimum quantity order?
A: We do have minimum quantities, which vary by product and your annual needs. We are happy to accommodate most requests. Please call us at (800) 654-3529 to discuss your options.

A: Westech Wax Products is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our office is closed on holidays.
